With Spring starting to creep up on us, attention within the music industry is naturally turning towards the festival season on the horizon.
The impact of the COVID 19 pandemic just a couple of years ago disrupted many summer gigs in the UK and the knock on effect of the devastation within the industry is still being felt in 2023. However, with some of the biggest names in the world choosing to tour the UK this summer, there is a growing sense of optimism amongst music fans of all genres, that 2023 should be a year to remember for summer gigs.
Sporting stadia in the UK has played home to some of the most iconic gigs of all time and the appeal for large scale, open air, summer gigs at arenas such as Wembley and the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium remains sky-high amongst fans.
What we have to look forward to this summer: Wembley Stadium
A man who needs no introduction, is former One Direction, now solo global superstar, Harry Styles.
After two sold out performances at Wembley Stadium last year were met to reviews such as “Spellbinding” and “packed with joy”, the megastar is coming back this June to put on another four shows.
Singles such as ‘As it Was’, taken from his record breaking third album ‘Harry’s House’ have transcended Styles into a whole new sphere as a musical artist and his shows at Wembley promise to be absolutely epic this summer. Expect sequins, feather boa’s, conga lines and two hours of good vibes!

When it comes to record breaking artists, very few in the world can compete with the record sales and streaming statistics of Beyonce. This is the “Cuff It” singers first solo tour in over six years and is expected to be her biggest and best tour yet.
And the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, a state-of-the-art music venue, is going to be the ideal place to see her return to stage. Imagine.. the sun setting over London and you’re singing “Drunk in Love” at the top of your lungs with 62,000 other people and Queen Bey.
